Before your appointment
- Clear out personal items. Please remove personal belongings from your vehicle before your appointment so our team can get to all the areas that need attention.
- Some vehicles may need to be hand washed. Vehicles with bike racks, exposed tools, or anything else that prevents them from safely going through our car wash may have to be hand washed for an additional fee. We'll review this with you at drop-off.
- Heavily soiled vehicles may need extra time. Our prices cover normal wear and everyday dirt. When a vehicle needs significantly more work, heavy pet hair, deep staining, sand or mud throughout, or built-up smoke residue, it can call for additional labor. We'll look it over, talk it through with you, and confirm the price before any work begins.
- Biohazard cleanup may cost extra. Vehicles with human or animal biohazards may require an additional cleaning charge. We'll let you know if that applies before we get started.
- Window tint removal is not currently available. We're happy to help with your other detailing needs, but we're unable to remove window tint at this time.
